1. Nature of Services
- Our services are consulting and advisory in nature. We assist with documentation, preparation, and guidance, but we do not guarantee visa or permit approvals.
- All final decisions are made solely by the respective government authorities.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
- All fees paid for consultations, advisory sessions, document preparation, application support, and administrative services are strictly non-refundable.
- Government-related fees (such as visa application charges, translations, attestations, and legalizations) are also non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Cancellations
- If a client chooses to cancel before Hikmasol has started any service, a partial refund may be considered, excluding an administrative fee.
- Once services have commenced, no refunds will be issued.
